Burren Experience Guided Walks is located southeast of Mullaghmore Mountain, just 4 miles from Corofin, Co. Clare. Having lived her entire life in the shadow of Mullaghmore, Marie offers varied walking experiences, each tailored to suit different needs.

For those who wish to prolong their stay, our self-catering cottage offers the perfect base for walking in the National Park, be it invigorating or relaxing!

Private walks and group walks are also available.
It is very important to wear suitable clothing and footwear on our walks as the walks are off road and on rocky terrain. The walks are 2 - 3 hrs long.

The Mullaghmore Experience Walk

Mullaghmore Experience Walk

This exhilarating walk in the Burren National Park will explore natural settings that can only be reached on foot.

You will be led up into the mountains, where you will be rewarded with some magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and gain insight into the flora, fauna and archaeological remnants of our past.

The walk includes encounters with some of the farm animals including Midget the Shetland pony.

The terrain for walks can be uneven and rugged so suitable footwear is recommended.
